Super-Food Smothie. The Perfect Nutrient Dense Breakfast for Healthy Skin

The breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. Yes it is, because the body was fasting all night long and what you put in the body first really matters.  It affects the overall body’s health, energy levels and appearance of the skin. I experimented with different ingredients for my morning smoothie for a while, until I created this nutrient dense, alkaline and delicious creation! I chose Raspberries in this recipe, but really any berries will be equally good. Not just me, but everybody in my family, my husband, my kids (daughter 22yr, sons 6yr and 9yr) drink this smoothie for breakfast. My 9yr old son used to get terrible headaches between breakfast andlunch, even though we gave him nice organic meals. The headaches stopped once he started drinking these smoothies instead of the solid food in the morning.

Here is the recipe and main benefits of the ingredients:

1 teaspoon Spirulina,
1 tablespoon raw Maca powder,
1 cup of Raspberries (or any other berries),
1 handful Goji berries,
1 tablespoon Wheat Grass,

Blend it all well (I used Vitamix) and enjoy!
